New DATA track 5.0 - Web Version

• Seamlessly integrate calibration data for all the Davis Inotek Calibration Lab branches into a single customer logon.
• Better filtering, searching, and security tools including enhanced tools to identify items approaching calibration or past calibration due dates.
• The ability for users to download the results of any search as a Microsoft Excel spreadsheet.
• “Behind the scenes” audit trail of all changes made to customer updateable fields.
• The ability to use any reporting tools the customer currently has (Crystal Reports, MS Access, etc.) by simply downloading the results of any search as an MS Excel spread sheet.

New DATA track 5.0 - Client Version

• Ability to connect to Davis Database through most corporate firewalls without involving your IT department via secure and safe http tunneling client.
• The ability for customers to have levels of security within their organizations (i.e. some users can view records, others can download, others can change records, etc.)
• Asset management functionality including the ability for customers to create and update user-definable fields associated with their equipment records. Customers can customize and track fields to fit their needs (for example a customer may want to track cost center, current value, depreciation status, manager, owner, etc…)
• Ability to perform and manage in-house calibrations.
• Automatic request for pick-up and delivery service.
• Create Return Authorizations (RA’s) online with user printable shipping labels and packing slips. This tool allows customers to define the parameters of a search (such as gear approaching calibration due) and manually or automatically create an RA via a “shopping cart” paradigm. Payment can be authorized via P.O., credit card, or simply “Call upon receipt”.
• Completely customizable “event” configuration to meet any and all of your calibration and asset management needs.
